By accessing or using the mentioned product, you are agreeing to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not concur with these terms, please refrain from utilizing the product.

License Grant:

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to utilize, modify, and sell the product as specified by the conditions in this Agreement.

This license is valid only during the period in which you possess master resell rights for the product.

Intellectual Property:

The product, encompassing its content, design, logos, trademarks, and related materials, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws and is the sole possession of Revenue Revolution or its licensors. You acknowledge that, aside from the master resell rights granted under this Agreement, you have no ownership claim over the product.

Indemnification:

You accept the responsibility of indemnifying, safeguarding, and exonerating us against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the product, your breach of any stipulation in this Agreement, or your infringement upon any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

Termination:

We hold the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the product at our discretion and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any terms within this Agreement. Following termination, you are required to discontinue all product usage and delete any existing copies.

Amendments:

We retain the prerogative to revise or update this Agreement whenever necessary. Any alterations will be in effect immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued product use following such changes signifies your acceptance thereof.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Revenue Revolution in relation to product use, surpassing any prior oral or written agreements.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We maintain the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continuing to use the product subsequent to changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions.
